He has served Government of India for 8 years in senior positions and during his service with the Government, his last investigation was on “Water Supply Investigation for Air Force Complex, Mount Abu, Rajasthan. Dr. Jain is a Groundwater and earth resources expert, who developed his own organization with a team of experts in private sector in 1985 and is continuously serving the industrialists, institutions, Govt. and non Governmental organization in the field of development of water and other earth resources. Dr.Jain was awarded Doctorate by the M.G.S. International University Foundation, Delware U.S.A. Dr. Jain’s Biography is published in the world references book-international who’s who if intellectuals, Cambridge, England, 1985 edition Dr. Jain is also a educationalist & serving as President Modern Public School for last 15 years. Dr.Jain is Fellow of Indian Water Resources Society, I.I.T.Roorkee and a member of several international associations like, Albert Einstein academy foundation, U.S.A., Consultancy Development Center, Govt. of India, International Association of Geophydrologists (Kellinworth, U.K.) International Water Association of Environmental Hydrogeologist (USA) ,International Water Association, London (U.K.) etc. In the field of social services, Dr. Jain has been honored by Rajasthan Jain Mahasabha as “Samaj Gaurav” & is a member of Mahavir International and other social service organizations. He is also honored as “ Samaj Ratna” by Rajasthan Jan Manch in the year 2005 . The award was conferred by Mrs.Sumitra Singh, Speaker of Rajasthan Assembly. Dr. Jain also contributed many research papers in reputed National and International journals and conferences including Paper on “Innovative Techniques for improving Ground Water Regime in Asian Countries” in International Conference held on Hydrological sciences at NICE France in Sept. 2006. Hon’ble the then President of India Shri Abdul Kalam invited Dr.Jain at Rashtrapati Bhawan in March, 2004 for discussing Innovative methods of Improving Ground Water conditions of India through Rainwater Harvesting along Highways & other Roads. In 2006-2007.. Dr.S.K.Jain implemented Urban Storm Water Management Project at Rotary Marg, Church Road, Jaipur – a step forward to solve drainage
problem of cities and to improve ground water regime of Urban areas. Dr.Jain attended Rotary International convention in the year 1999.Dr. Jain was Principal Speaker at National Seminar on “Earth Vision “ –2020 organized by RI - Dist- 3200 at Ooty (Tamilnadu) in April 2005 . |

Dr. Jain was also Speaker on Water Management in R.I. Presidential celebration at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi in December 2004.Dr.Jain has been President Rotary club, Jaipur for 2006-07. In Rotary, Dr.Jain implemented Water Conservation Project in Rotary Bhawan which was inaugurated by the them Hon’ble Vice President of India in February 2003. Dr.Jain has also written and spoken on all subjects covering science, education culture etc. for T.V.Radio & Rotary platform. Dr.Jain is widely traveled to USA,UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, France, Australia and other countries. On behalf of Rotary Club Jaipur. Dr.Jain organized Two days National Conference on “Save Water Save Earth” as convener at Birla Auditorium in Nov. 2006 with over 1000 delegates from all over the Country belonging to Rotarians, NGO’s, Corporate bodies, Public & Private Industries, Youth etc. in which over 21 speakers of National & International stature presented their views on various aspects of Water Management.

On this occasion, Dr.Jain was instrumental in publishing 200 page book on “ Water Vision” which was released by the then Hon’ble Governor of Rajasthan and now President of India Smt.Pratibha Patil. Dr.Jain also addressed International conference “Water Asia-2007” held in New Delhi on 13th /14th Sept. 2007 as Keynote Speaker. He presented research paper on “Urban Storm Water drainage” at Sydney, Australia, in August 2007 Dr.Jain was also on organizing committee of International Conference on ground water dynamics and global changes organized by UNESCO and University of Rajasthan at Jaipur. (India) in March , 2008. Dr. jain imparted training in rain water harvesting and artificial recharge to engineers, architects, town planners, administrators etc. in national workshopes at Goa, Mount Abu and other places.
